A comprehensive, modular on-line course introducing the complete birth chart to beginners and those with some previous knowledge

More and more people are turning to astrology to make sense of their lives and our more-than-slightly crazy but amazing world. Learning astrology will open your eyes to a whole other way of understanding life, and help you to better know and accept yourself, your friends and your family. You may even choose to go on to working as a professional astrologer.

The first of six modules spread through the year continues your introduction to the world of astrology in its many forms, primarily dedicating its seven lessons to the Signs of the Zodiac. After an introduction into astrology’s history and many uses, present and past, we’ll have plenty of time to deepen your understanding of each zodiac sign, whilst also exploring philosophical and ethical considerations. You’ll be learning through your and your colleague’s birth charts - such a rich way to see astrology in action and get to know yourself and others deeply. The course continues straight into module 2, The Planets.

This on-line class gives you a chance to start exploring the exciting world of astrology no matter where you live, without too large a commitment. You will have the guidance and live teaching from an experienced professional, and interaction with fellow students from all around the globe. We’ll be using Zoom, a web-based video conference facility - free to download and easy to use.

The course is taught over eight weekly lessons, through a combination of one-and-a-quarter hour pre-recorded sessions sent to you each week, and, 6 days later, a one-hour live class on Zoom. This is ideal for thorough digestion of the necessary theory along with having the opportunity to ask questions, engage in discussions, see the theory come alive through your own chart, and build astro-friendships and colleagues. Attendance at each live session is highly recommended, but these will be recorded, so if something comes up and you have to miss one, or your work schedule makes attending difficult you’ll still be able to benefit from these important interactive sessions.

The beauty of an on-line course is that it’s open to everyone who has access to the internet, no matter where you live!
